Alayna was thorough, kind, and a no-nonsense hygienist which I truly appreciate. She double checked numbers and explained procedures as well as proper maintenance techniques for my teeth. She was attentive to my comfort throughout my visit and I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr Bates and his back office staff have been really great at listening to me if I've had concerns or issues & Extremely compassionate when I've personally had to deal with things. The front office staff has been great at figuring out ways to get me in the office in a timely matter & are very empathetic when dealing with patients.
One of the best things about this office other than the things mentioned above is that they do everything. You need a cavity filled no problem. You need a tooth pulled, easy peasy. There really is no need for a referral and in this day and age what more can you ask for than all of that!
